The Mini-Judokas program allows children ages 3 to 5 to discover judo in a dynamic, safe environment designed to support their development. Through play-based activities, fun exercises, and age-appropriate drills, children improve their motor skills, balance, coordination, and self-confidence, while learning the values of respect and cooperation. They become familiar with the basics of judo and how to fall safely. Throws and sparring exercises such as randori (sparring) are introduced starting at age 6, once their motor development and maturity allow it.

The 6- to 8-year-old group develops the technical foundations of judo by learning how to fall, throw, and perform ground techniques safely. Through a variety of exercises, partner work, and an introduction to randori (sparring), young judokas will develop their teamwork, coordination, confidence, and discipline, while gaining self-assurance and independence on the tatami.
